Do you want to change the world?
If your goal is to instill your love of learning in others while advancing your professional growth, this is your chance to become a part of one of the world’s most innovative schools.
We’re seeking individuals to fill the following positions:
+ Spanish Guide
We believe that learning a second language at a young age is incredibly valuable for children in their brain development, as well as to foster connections with other cultures. The Spanish Guide will spend time in both the Spark (ages 3-6) and Discovery (ages 6-12) Studios, working in collaboration with the lead guides to facilitate group discussions with the learners using a language immersion approach.
This is a part-time position, working 2-3 hours each day, Monday through Thursday.

We are looking for a full time Guide for our Middle School studio which will be opening in 2024-2025. Paid, on-the-job training starts as early as July 2024.

- Observe and track each child’s progress via a cutting edge online dashboard.
- Pass along each of these responsibilities to students as quickly as possible, so as to develop and encourage students to lead themselves.

- Communicate/meet with parents in person, via email, and other school platforms as needed.
Research, find and schedule guest speakers, plan field trips, organize events and celebrations.
Though most of the curriculum will be set already, the guide will help set and create daily/weekly/yearly planning as well as evaluating and refining the existing curriculum and designing and experimenting with new projects, tools and approaches.
